Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes is a crossover fighting game developed and published by Capcom. This is the third installment of the Marvel vs. Capcom next to Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter and X-Men vs. Street Fighter· If you don’t know what is Marvel and Capcom is I will give you a summary, Marvel is a comic book series featuring Spiderman, Captain America, X-Men, Thor, Hulk, Ironman and many more. Capcom is a video games company featuring games like Street Fighter, Mega Man, Darkstalkers, Ace Attoney, Devil May Cry and more. Due to the developed when this game ported to consoles from the arcade, it suffers from RAM limitations (for example, PlayStation version removal of certain features like tag team elements and was restricted to two characters instead of four). The characters sprites and animation got to reduced such to RAM space. Fun Fact: Get the Dreamcast version or Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for arcade experience.


The gameplay is a 2-on-2 tag team battle with limited number of support characters. You play as 15 playable characters from different universes of Capcom and Marvel Comics, there are 20 support from Marvel and Capcom during battle. Each character got their unique movesets (such as Super and Special moves) and you can also summon you partner to support as well You can pull off a “Duo Team Attack” where both characters perform super moves to deal more damage. There are game modes from the console version such as Arcade (you fight your way to the final boss Onslaught from X-Men), Versus (play with a friend), Training (practice your skills), Survival (fight until you lose), Cross Over (this mode is for PSX and up to four PlayStation can play 2-on-2 tag team). The graphics in this game solid 2D with colorful characters which Capcom has a graphic system called (CP2) and the soundtrack is themes from Capcom games and dome original music for Marvel characters, ranging from relaxed to thrilling.
